Electronics and Telecommunications
Specialization: applied electronics
A separate innovative study program has been developed for the Applied Electronics specialty that takes advantage of the capabilities of both Universities. In particular, in order to meet the reported needs of the market for qualified specialists in electronics and microelectronics, this program is characterized by an increased number of practical classes and laboratories and includes subjects with content not available at either university separately.
The Technical University of Lodz (TUL) and the Frederick II University of Naples (UNINA) have established a joint second-degree program, with a common curriculum at both universities for two student groups, identified as the TUL group and the UNINA group. These groups are recruited separately at each university and begin their studies in Semester I there. Semesters II and III are common to both groups and are held consecutively, in Lodz and Naples. During the study period, students spend 2 semesters at each university, following the same program of study. This allows them to obtain two diplomas from two renowned universities recognized, worldwide:
- Master of Engineering in the field of “Electronics and Telecommunications” at the Technical University of Lodz,
- “Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica” of the University of Frederick II of Naples.
At the Technical University of Lodz, students in the TUL group are being recruited for the Electronics and Telecommunications, Applied Electronics English-language specialty. The program for this specialty, “Electronics and Telecommunications - Applied Electronics - English,” is available on the website. It was developed using the teaching and laboratory potential of both Universities based on the discernment of the needs of the electronics and microelectronics industry of European Union countries, including Poland.
Students in the TUL group take classes consecutively:
Semester I |
Semester II |
Semestrr III |
Semester IV |

The thesis is being carried out by students of the TUL group at Frederick II University in Naples. It will be the basis for a diploma at both Universities.
