A set of documents must be submitted to the K23 Departmental Office in order for the Dean to set a date and appoint a panel for the diploma exam.
1. Print from the diploma panel:
- one copy of the diploma thesis as required
- application for admission to the diploma examination.

A set of documents for the thesis defence CANNOT BE SUBMITTED UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE SESSION AND ALL OBLIGATIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY HAVE BEEN REGULATED.
If you have additional achievements that you would like to be included in the supplement you will need to generate an application from WebDean to have the additional achievements included in the supplement.
Examples of additional achievements that can be included in the supplement are:
Additional internships, volunteering, activity in a study circle, representing the university or faculty, participation in competitions and Olympiads, published articles, chapters in monographs, active participation in conferences.
Only documented student activities approved by the Dean will be entered in the supplement.
The diploma examination shall be conducted no later than within a period of six weeks from the date of submission by the student of an application for admission to the diploma examination. This period shall not include the period from 15 July to 31 August.
The committee shall be composed of at least three academic teachers including the chairperson of the committee.
The diploma examination shall be conducted in the language of the studies.
The diploma examination shall include:

2. Defence of the diploma thesis during which the student refers to the opinion of the thesis supervisor and the review prepared by the reviewer and answers questions of the commission concerning the content and subject of the diploma thesis.
The diploma student must be in possession of a student ID card during the diploma examination.
