The buzz of knowledge, inspiration and the Karkonosze wind is still in your head, but it's all over now. Merit was at its highest during the turnout, which was a week full of excitement during which students had the opportunity to attend more than ten lectures given by specialists from the university and industry. In the evenings, theory met practice in organized workshops.
- Fiber optics FBG sensors – students independently created and characterized sensors based on Bragg gratings, checking their sensitivity to temperature and strain.
- Soldering and radio communication – during the course, students were able to establish communications with radio amateurs from around the world, as well as hone their soldering skills.
Throughout our stay, there were plenty of opportunities to take in the beautiful mountain scenery. We conquered Szrenica and, for the more ambitious, Śnieżka too, combining integration with panoramic views of the Karkonosze Mountains.
We returned home with our heads full of ideas and a solid dose of motivation to continue our activities in academic circles and beyond.
A huge thank you to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who created this special atmosphere. See you next year!
